Occupancy costs
ICMS: Global Consistency in Presenting Construction Life Cycle Costs and Carbon Emissions, 3rd edition, November 2021, published by the ICMS (International Cost Management Standard) Coalition, defines occupancy costs as: ‘Costs that arise exclusively as a result of the occupation of a Constructed Asset, including reception, library services and porterage. Occupancy Costs are part of the Non-Construction Costs.’
